    Position Overview

    Do you love providing exceptional customer service? Do you love multiple tasking? Frontera is looking for an energetic, motivated, and an organized self- starter to support our operations department?  We need you if you have experience scheduling appointments in a healthcare environment.  You will need strong customer service and communication skills to maximize schedules and increase the response time to practices.


    This role is in charge of organizing and managing testing appointments for clinics, patients and Frontera’s field staff. This position is largely administrative, but also requires customer service, attention to detail and organizational skills.




    • Minimum of 1 to 3 years working experience in a healthcare environment
    • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of scheduling experience
    • Strong communicator, comfortable on the phone, voicemail, and via email/text
    • Reliably executing several tasks simultaneously and doing it with a very high quality bar
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • High School Diploma or higher



    • Experience in Microsoft Office
    • Working knowledge of mobile diagnostic testing
    • Bilingual
